Rental Booking Policy

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is required 21 days in advance of arrival
  • Payments are nonrefundable
  • No GST on rates

  • Minimum stay two nights
  • Please do not exceed the stated sleeping capacity without consulting us
