Two mountain faces, Vance Creek and Putnam Creek, are blanketed with an average annual snowfall of 20 feet (240 in). The snow is groomed to perfection with plenty left over for the powder hounds, especially in the 300 acres of open bowl or glade terrain.

Vance Creek, the south face, is mainly intermediate and novice terrain with a few expert options accessed from the summit. Putnam Creek, the north face, is home to some of the most challenging terrain found anywhere. The skiing is fantastic. Imagine yourself in this picture.

The Silver Queen Chair is close to your door and just beyond it are Tube Town and Brewer's Pond. For the non skiers or the evenings tube town is fun for kids of all ages, and the pond is cleared for skating.

The main village is about a 5 minute walk. There you will find restaurants, coffee shops, a saloon, ski rentals and repairs, souvenirs, an internet cafe and even an old fashioned candy store.
